Michele Planeix : retired after a varied career of 40 years in the oil and gas business. From drilling engineer to human factors expert, with positions in between in procurement, quality and safety management, and at one point managing director of a certification firm. Four years after beginning at Shell in the USA, moved back to France to join Total and immediately saw the need to create a French section of SPE. Subsequent companies were DNV and finally Saipem. Currently active in training and consulting in the area of human factors.

Marc CAHAY is Graduate Engineer in civil Engineering in 1990 from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (E.S.T.P.) in Paris, France. Member of the TECHNIP’s Experts network (as a Main Expert). He is coordinating the Offshore R&D activities since 2006 at Technip France, covering new technology, platform concept, installation system & procedures, LNG offloading system. He has 25 years’ experience in fixed and floating structural design for jacket, jack-up, topsides, FPSO/FLNG modules. He has extensive background in numerical simulation. He is board member of SPE French section.

Julien Elferkh – ABB Business Development & LPG Manager Drives: After finishing an MS in Electrical Engineering in 1998, he started his career in West Africa in the Energy sector. A Master Degree from a business school was an occasion to focus on the O&G market through different positions. Scuba diving is one of his passion and interest.

Othmane MERKAK, PhD – Ingenica: he is project manager and installation engineer in industrials facilities construction. He is also hydraulics & Process specialist. Bachelor of Engineering from USTO Algeria in 2003, followed by Master and PhD from Grenoble institute of technology France in hydraulics, process & installation of industrials facilities.   He joint SPE France board in 2014 as a young professional liaison director. He is currently the SPE France communication director and webmaster.

Olivier Lodeho, Subsea 7 - Technology Development Manager. He started his career in automotive and OEM industry, and joined Acergy in 2006 where he worked in several Engineering position before moving offshore for pipelaying system development. Then he took the head of the Technology Development department of Paris since 2011.

Vladimir Alejandro Choque-Flores (IFP School - Program Supervisor Master in Reservoir Geoscience and Engineering) Graduated as mechanical engineer from "Universidad Mayor de San Andrés" (La Paz-Bolivia) in 2000. He also holds a double graduate degree from IFP School and Texas A&M with a specialty in Reservoir Geosciences and Engineering (RGE). Worked for Schlumberger as Engineer in Charge on Field Operations and Welltec Inc. as Service delivery Manager in different parts of the world. Joined IFP School in June 2011. SPE member since 2003 and active member since 2010.

Fabiana Limongi holds a Geological Engineering degree. She has more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas business. She worked for companies like Total, Schlumberger and ENGIE, where she occupied positions as Senior Reservoir Geologist and Asset Manager for projects in Africa, Asia and South America. She recently started working in the field of geothermal energy as Asset Developer with Storengy (a company of ENGIE) where she is in charge of the development of several geothermal projects in France and abroad.
