Sponsorship Options
Support SPE France through an individual technical session, a full season of activities or a broader strategic sponsorship. The following options describe financial sponsorship formats. We also welcome in-kind support, which can be discussed separately or combined with financial contributions.
Session Partner
Connect around a relevant technical topic
Support an individual session from the SPE France technical programme that aligns with your organisation’s interests.
Recognition includes the session page, invitation and announcement, together with an acknowledgement during the event. Where an in-person networking segment is included, your team can continue the discussion with participants after the presentation.
Suitable for organisations interested in a specific technical topic, or looking to work with SPE France for the first time through a single event.
Season Partner
Build relationships over time
Support SPE France throughout the season and maintain a consistent presence across its activities.
Includes visibility on the SPE France website and season materials, recognition in quarterly communications and an end-of-season summary. A jointly organised technical session may be considered, subject to programme committee approval and scheduling.
Suitable for organisations planning annual sponsorship and seeking regular visibility among energy professionals in France.
Strategic Partner
Develop a sustained collaboration
Work with a dedicated SPE France contact on a broader programme of engagement across the season.
Combines enhanced visibility with opportunities for technical content, student membership support and exchanges with students and young professionals. Activities, responsibilities and reporting are defined in the sponsorship agreement, with technical proposals subject to independent review.
Suitable for organisations with several objectives, such as technical exchange and student support, that want to agree a joint activity plan with SPE France.
Support Student Memberships
Optional for Session and Season sponsorships. Included in the Strategic Partner package. Help students join the international SPE community by funding annual SPE memberships for eligible students from SPE France’s Student Chapters. The contribution is transferred in full to SPE International to cover student membership fees. Contact us to discuss availability and the applicable conditions.
In-Kind Support
Your organisation can also contribute facilities, services or resources that help us deliver our activities. Examples include providing a suitable venue, audiovisual facilities or catering for networking after a technical session. We agree the practical arrangements and recognition of each contribution in advance, taking into account its scope, duration and the needs of the activity. Support for an individual event is recognised in connection with that event; season-wide sponsorship is agreed separately. Financial and in-kind support may also be combined.
An Independent Technical Programme
Our programme committee independently selects technical topics and speakers. Sponsorship provides an opportunity to submit proposals for consideration, but does not guarantee a speaking slot or influence over technical conclusions. We do not provide sponsors with member or attendee lists, and we do not guarantee attendance levels or commercial outcomes.
